Shipping

We currently utilize USPS for shipping. All garments shipped with priority mail with tracking. 

We ship using PayPal. Ensure your address is correct on your PayPal payment. We will be utilizing that address for shipping. Your tracking will be sent through PayPal.

No garment will ship until paid in full. All premade garments and items will ship within 2 business days after payment. 

Out of USA shipping done on quote only basis. Contact prior to ordering. Overnight shipping is available at buyers expense. UPS is an option for large items.

 

Returns

Returns not accepted on all custom garments. Customer has 30 days after receiving to send back for any alterations.

Returns not accepted on premade off the rack clothing. Case to case basis. Free minor alterations are offered on all premade items before shipping. Pictures and more detail can be provided on any premade.

Alterations can be provided on any Lionized Designs garment. Additional charge. Customer responsible for shipping. 

 

Payment

We currently only accept PayPal as payment at this time. You do not need a Paypal account to pay an invoice as it will be sent to your email. 

We require a 50% non refundable deposit of the total garment price up front to book a custom garment. Payment plans can be arranged. Deposit will not  be refunded for any reason.

Remaining due upon completion of garment. No items will ship until paid in full. Final payments due within 7 Business days of completion. Unless arrangements made, the item will be listed for sale and deposit will be forfeited if not paid in full.
 

Completion time 

All completion times are approximate. Rushes can be accommodated for additional cost. Completion dates are not guaranteed but will do all we can to accommodate. Please note that supplies have been in short and delayed. Shipping times could be extended.

All day shirt orders approximately 5-7 weeks.
